Same request. One is ready to send.

We gave the same request to Claude on its own, and to Claude with Atelier. Both answer well. The difference is what you can do with it next.

The request word for word
Audit the booking flow in our clinic app. It feels clunky on mobile and the client wants to know if we should redesign. Check accessibility too. The report goes to the client, in French.
Claude a good answer in the chat
The booking flow could be improved in several areas. Consider simplifying the date picker, adding clearer error states, and checking that text contrast meets accessibility guidelines…

Questions
about Atelier.

Is Atelier a plugin or a connector?

Both. In Claude and the desktop app it's a connector: paste your Atelier link in Settings → Connectors. In Claude Code it's a plugin you install with one command. Same account, same projects.

How is it different from asking Claude directly?

Claude gives you a good answer in the chat. Atelier gives you a deliverable: a structured report with severity, computed accessibility checks, sourced research and a clear next step, ready to send to a client.

Does it replace a designer?

No. It does the heavy lifting and tells you exactly what you need to check, decide or sign off. The design calls stay yours.

Does it work with Figma?

Yes. It works alongside Figma's Claude connector to read your files, and adds the audits, reports and handoff on top.

Can I trust AI with user research?

Interviews run with real people. Atelier anonymizes transcripts, checks every quote word for word, and labels anything unsourced as an assumption.

Does it work in French?

Yes. It replies in your language, and client deliverables default to French for Quebec clients, with English when the product is bilingual. Personal data handling follows Quebec's Law 25.

Can my clients see the reports?

Yes. Share a link, with a password if you like, or export to PDF. Studio and Agency add your logo; Agency can remove ours.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stops at the end of the billing period and every report you made stays yours.

What are you designing?

Describe the project in a sentence. Your first audit is free.
